Feb 1... A trip to Nor Cal... with change looming in the air...

 Feb 2... I meet with various family members... some more relevant than others...

 Feb 3... A break from meetings and such... for a 49ers Super Bowl... Can't burn these socks soon enough...
 

Feb 4... Back in Oregon processing the wheels I just put in motion. So much for this whole photo/video/media career... Cheers to the future...

OCCUPYING WORK

Lately... I've been occupying my job. A lot. Here's a few snaps ranging from the regular football stuff, to helping with live shots covering some Occupy aftermath.

This is us trying to bust out standups for our Civil War Special before the storm gets really really bad.


This is the scene of a big bank protest. Nothing left by the time I got there, other than maybe a little hippie dust.


And another game... a night game. Can't remember which game I took this at. Probably USC last Saturday, but honestly I don't remember. I'm at the end of season blur point.

DONE AT RESER

I shot my last game at Reser for the season last Saturday.

Two Autzen games to go, then Bowl time.

OSU-WSU IN SEATTLE

I added another location to my list of NFL stadiums I've shot NCAA games in... Citylink Field in Seattle -- home of the Seahawks.

It was pretty nice. Great gap in the endzone, which gives you a super view of the downtown skyline.


I've also shot games where the Cowboys and Cardinals play.

FAN FOR A NIGHT

The Ducks played a Thursday night game versus Cal last night. And for the first time in six years, I got the opportunity to put my camera down and enjoy the game as a fan, rather than a photographer/journalist. It was pretty awesome.





Ducks won 43-15.
LMJ dislocated his elbow.
Not good.

Subaru Impreza... I wanted the one with the stock 8 track, but they were out of those...

GOODBYE OLD FRIEND

I traded in my Mustang this past weekend.

I owned the car for about 9 years... and in that time, the car truly lead a sensational life...

The car appeared in 3 movies: Slaybottle, Hippies, and Crowbar.

The car drove Tosh and me to Vegas and back.

The car made countless trips to California and back, racing through the hills, and over the passes.

The car chained up and powered through dozens of Oregon snow storms.

I drove the car to my wedding.

The car sat patiently at the work gate thousands of times.

I lost the car at the airport on two separate occasions... spending 45 minutes looking for it the first time, and 30 minutes looking for it the second time.

The car sat in my driveway a lot in the past three years, replace by bike rides, and occasionally bus rides.

It was time for it to go.
But it will be missed.

And another loss for the Beavs... wow they suck.
